Mother's Day is just around the corner on May 8th. If you're like me, you haven't figured out what to give yet that will show your mom just how much you love her.
While I'm not a mother myself (unless you count my needy cat as a two-year-old child and honestly, most days I do), one thing I know is that they work HARD. Twice as hard as the rest of us it seems because not only do they blast it out at the office but then they come home and make sure everyone is fed, chatted with, and tucked in to bed.
With all of that work, the last thing she needs on Mother's Day is a gift that requires a lot of time or a lot of mental energy. Luckily, my embroidery kits are designed to be relaxing. They're actually designed to be done while having a glass of wine but that isn't something I tell everyone. Hehe.
I've put together my top three picks for moms below:
Share your love, literally, with these Love Pigeons. If your mother likes a bit of a satin stitch, she'll enjoy this one.
What could be more striking than this blue and white botanical kit? With just one color of thread and two simple stitches, it couldn't be easier to stitch this lilac.
Remind your mother of the party animal she used to be with this festive squirrel. I don't know about you, but I adore his maracas.
You can find these kits, and many more, in the shop. Be sure to order by Friday to ensure it arrives in time. If you happen to delay, I offer priority shipping so never fret!
